COVID-19 is a highly infectious disease and has affected a large population; the total number of deaths caused due to this virus has been increasing dramatically by the day. Majority of the countries have implemented nation wise lockdown to prevent the spreading of this virus. The media (both corporate and social) are broadcasting reports regarding the virus constantly across borders to convey all the information about the pandemic. These circumstances are creating major concern for people, leading to significant level of anxiety and stress. In our country Nepal, it seems that people are dealing with the lockdown in two different ways; some are obeying the Government's instruction, while some are ignoring them. On Saturday morning of April 25, 2015, The terrible earthquake happened as the Kathmandu the main city was in the midst of a silent as the day was off,    I sat in my lounge sofa along with families having finished the morning paper, and turned on the TV to see if the world out there was still intact. I was still in my pajamas, as on Saturdays I have given myself permission to do nothing I don't wish to do. Nothing unusual on the news channel. Suddenly I felt a sharp jolt. At the beginning, I didn’t think it an earthquake because, I just thought it must be something wrong, but  I knew I was wrong when my sister shouted “Earthquake!” Then all of us walk into the room waiting for the shaking to stop. I saw that the TV set the bed along with that was moving, the pictures of my family. the walls and tables suddenly began shaking, windows started popping out of their frames, and the lights flickered out I waited, but none fell. I felt no particular fear, but, as ...

The ticking of the clock. Heartbeat growing faster. Empty mind. She was trying to complete her examination. All of a sudden, her mind tries to play a game. Who am I? What is my origin? Who are my ancestors? Where is my life headed towards? I used to be a child who would cry and throw tantrums for a doll. Then, I was an adolescent who would walk on silently through her own life. And now? Where am I? What am I doing here? The thoughts never leave her alone, never lets her do her job. The thoughts started to fade away, and was gradually overlapped with the sound of the ticking clock again. Back to reality. She twitched her head and focused back on the question paper. Question number 3. She turned back her answer sheet and wondered, When did I write this all? Aren’t I the one who wrote this? Then why am I so confused? She keeps her shyness in her hair tucked away into a ponytail  Her long sleek hair was tied in a tight braid kissing him and despite the cold and wind and the sun rays falling on her face he holds her tightly and wore a long sleeved sweater that hugging through his muscles of his arms and shoulder beneath down vest. Pulling back him towards her like a bowstring  she paused ,sensed the wind  and the sun rays revised her aim , she gently closed her eyes and said thank you satellite for founding him building her whole world around him..

Past few weeks, she couldn’t sleep, and thousand thought was disturbing her. With tears rolling down her cheeks, as she paced the room with her heart broken and millions of thoughts going through her head trying to find out where she did wrong, what to do where should she start ? It is morning she hasn’t slept all night. She stood again, with her eyes fixed in space it's like being in a dark tunnel without exit, she was living a nightmare.
